Pogoji sodelovanja:

1. Na natečaju, ki je v skladu s pravili Mednarodne zveze za fotografsko umetnost (FIAP) in Fotografske zveze Slovenije (FZS), lahko sodelujejo fotografi vsega sveta.
2. Natečaj ima dve temi:
   A.         Rdeče
   B.         Splošna
3. Vsak udeleženec lahko sodeluje s črno-belimi ali barvnimi fotografijami in sicer s štirimi na posamezno temo.
4. Poslane fotografije morajo biti v celoti avtorsko delo sodelujočega, za kar ta tudi prevzema vso odgovornost.
5. Format fotografij mora biti 7×10, 10×7 ali 10×10 cm. Fotografije drugih formatov bo organizator izločil iz ocenjevanja. Končni izdelek mora biti narejen na fotografski papir. Zaželeno, ni pa obvezno naj avtorji dodajo še CD s poslanimi slikami 300 dpi 10 cm.
6. Vsaka posamezna fotografija mora biti prilepljena na podlago velikosti 20×20 cm in ne debelejšo od 1 mm. Fotografije bodo vstavljene v enotne okvirje paspartujem, zato vaša podlaga ne bo vidna. Glejte spodnja navodila!
7. Dela naj bodo na hrbtni strani opremljena z zaporedno številko, imenom avtorja, njegovim FIAP razstavljalskim naslovom in naslovom fotografije, ki mora biti napisan ali v slovenščini in/ali v enem od uradnih jezikov FIAP (angleški, francoski, nemški, španski). Naslov fotografije skupaj s presledki ne sme presegati 20 znakov.
8. Vsak udeleženec mora pošiljki priložiti izpolnjeno prijavnico Razpis in prijavnica Miniature 2014. Številke na prijavnici se morajo ujemati s številkami na fotografijah.
9. Na prijavnici mora biti napisan tudi točen naslov za vračanje. V primeru nečitljivo napisanih naslovov organizator ne sprejema odgovornosti za netočno vračilo pošiljke.
10. Za avtorje z naslovom v Sloveniji znaša pristojbina 10€ pri sodelovanju na eno temo ali na obe temi. S pristojbino bomo krili stroške tiskanja kataloga in vračanja del. Za avtorje izven Slovenije znaša pristojbina za eno ali obe temi 15€. Katalog, ki je pri FIAP prejel 4* ima objavljeno vsaj eno delo vsakega uspešnega avtorja.
11. Fotografije, za katere ne bo plačana kotizacija ne bodo niti žirirane niti vrnjene avtorjem. Fotografije, ki ne bodo ustrezale predpisanim formatom in ne bodo nalepljene na predpisano podlago ne bodo žirirane.
12. Fotografije skupaj s prijavnico in pristojbino pošljite na naslov: Fotografsko društvo Janez Puhar Kranj, p.p. 193,
    SI – 4001 KRANJ,               SLOVENIJA
13. Na pošiljki, v embalaži primerni za vračanje, naj bo oznaka: Fotografije za razstavo.
14. Organizator bo z deli ravnal pazljivo, ne prevzema pa odgovornosti za morebitne poškodbe ali izgubo med pošiljanjem.
15. Organizator lahko poslana dela uporabi za nekomercialno promocijo oziroma predstavitev razstave v medijih in katalogu. Če se avtor s tem ne strinja, naj to napiše na prijavnici.
16. Za najboljša dela na vsako temo bodo ob odprtju razstave za obe temi podeljene zlata, srebrna, bronasta medalje FIAP, FZS in Janez Puhar ter 6 častnih znakov FIAP. V Puharjevem letu bo v kategoriji »splošna« podeljena še zlata medalja Janez Puhar za najboljši portret. Vsak udeleženec lahko na eno temo dobi samo eno nagrado. Najboljši avtor na razstavi bo prejel zlato medaljo Janez Puhar in posebno modro FIAP značko. Odločitev žirije je dokončna in nepreklicna.
17. Izidi žiriranja bodo objavljeni na spletni strani fotografskega društva Janez Puhar Kranj (http//www.fotodrustvo-kranj.si). Vsak udeleženec prejme katalog razstave in obvestilo o žiriranju po elektronski ali redni pošti.
18. Sodelovanje na razstavi pomeni, da avtor sprejema pravila, ki jih postavlja organizator.

Conditions of Entry:

1. The Slovenian salon of photography, is organized in compliance with the FIAP rules (Federation Internationale de l’Art Photographique), and Photographic Society of Slovenia (FZS) is open to participants from all countries.
2. The salon includes two themes:
   A.             Red
   B.            General
3. Each participant may enter a maximum of four monochrome or colour photographs in theme A and/or a maximum of four monochrome or colour photographs in theme B.
4. Entrants must own copyright of all photographs entered.
5. Prints entered should comply with one of the following formats: 7×10 cm, 10×7 cm or 10x10cm. Any other formats shall automatically be eliminated from the competition. All final prints must be made on photographic paper. The authors are asked, but it is not obligatory, to add to the parcel also a CD with all sent images resolution 300 dpi and 7×10 cm, 10×7 cm or 10x10cm.
6. Each print must be mounted on a 20x20cm background, not thicker than 1 mm. Photographs will be inserted into standard frames with passe-partout prepared in advance so that individual background is not visible. (see instructions below)
7. Please provide the following information on the back of each photograph: the successive number of the photograph, the author and his/her FIAP title and miniature title written in either Slovene and/or one of the FIAP official languages (English, French, German, Spanish). The title of the work should have maximum 20 characters, including spaces.
8. Each participant should include a completed application form Entry Conditions and form Miniature 2014 with his/her work. Application numbers must match the numbers written on the photographs. Please include a correct return address so the photographs may be returned. The organisers accept no responsibility for incorrect deliveries as a result of illegible addresses.
9. Fee for participation is for one or for both themes 15 € or 23US$ for authors from abroad and for authors with return address in Slovenia the entry fee is 10€. This fee covers return postage and catalogue production. Previous catalogue received four stars at FIAP and each accepted author was/will be presented with one image in the catalogue.

10. Submission without fee will not be judged nor returned to the author. Unmounted prints or photographs that will not fit the required format will not be judged.

11. Photographs including the application form and appropriate fee should be sent to: Fotografsko društvo Janez Puhar Kranj, p.p. 193, SI – 4001 KRANJ, SLOVENIA

12. Packaging suitable for return use should be marked as follows: Photographs for exhibition only. No commercial value. To be returned to sender.

13. The organizers will take all possible care when handling photographs but cannot accept liability for any potential damage during mail transport or if the photographs accidentally get lost in the post.

14. The organizers will have the right to reproduce all or part of the entered material free of charge for non-commercial publication for promotional purposes and/or display in media related to the exhibition and in the catalogue. If the author objects to this he/she should specify so on the application form.

15. On the opening day the winning works from each category will be awarded gold, silver and bronze FIAP, FZS and Janez Puhar medals and six honorary FIAP mentions. Special Janez Puhar gold medal will be awarded to best portrait in general theme (B) Each participant shall be limited to one award per category. The best author at the salon will receive golden Medal Janez Puhar and blue FIAP badge. The jury’s decision is final and irrevocable.

16. The results will be published on the Janez Puhar website (http://www.fotodrustvo-kranj.si). Each participant will receive an exhibition catalogue and final results either via e-mail or by post.

17. By participating in the exhibition the author automatically accepts the rules set by the organizers.

Dragi fotografi hvala za Vašo udeležbo na razstavi MINIATURE 2014. V nadaljevanju boste našli seznam nagrajenih in sprejetih fotografij na našem salonu.

Prosim preglejte če so Vaša imena in naslovi slik pravilno napisani. Če odkrijete kakšno napako jo prosim sporočite na vasja.doberlet@gmail.com .

Tisti, ki niste poslali Vaših slik skupaj s CD-jem prosimo, da nam pošljete JPG za označeno sliko, da jo bomo lahko vnesli v katalog. V kolikor nam

je ne pošljete bomo prisiljeni slike skenirati in njihova kakovost bo zanesljivo slabša. Je tudi v Vašem interesu, da to storite.

Velikost filov naj bo 300 dpi in 10 cm po daljši strani.

Dear authors thank you for your participation at the MINIATURE 2014 salon. On the following lines there are the names of successful authors and titles of their works.

Please check the names and titles and let us know if there are some spelling mistakes. I you find any please send us your remarks to the mail vasja.doberlet@gmail.com .

Those authors who did not send us the CD with the images, as we asked in entry conditions, we kindly ask again to send the JPGs of blue indicated pictures.

We plan to put them into the catalogue and if we will scan them they will not be as good as they could be if we will use your file. Please send the JPG files by the October the 14th– thanks.

The size of file should be 300 dpi and 10 cm along longer side
